During my stay, I faced a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. The walk to the restaurant in the rain was quite inconvenient as I had no umbrella, and it would have been helpful to have a phone in the room to order food. I also found the pool to be too cold for swimming, which was disappointing as I had hoped to relax by the water.

Wakin' up to them bird songs was just lovely. Place was clean, and I really liked how the staff helped me settin' up my stay. Little walk to Las Pozas was a breeze. Only thing, I reckon they could tidy up the bathrooms a bit. Overall, a peaceful spot to unwind in nature.

We had an amazing stay! The room was beautiful with a huge balcony overlooking the jungle, and the on-site restaurant served the best fresh tortillas! One downside was that the bathroom could have used some updating. Would definitely come back!

great views but limited dining options
The mountain view from my room was stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The balcony was a delightful spot to enjoy the morning air. Additionally, the staff offered attentive and friendly service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The dining options could be improved as there were limited choices for lunch and dinner.

I stayed in the Twin Room with Pool View for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfy, and waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning was such a vibe. Plus, the mountain view from the room was stunning! The only thing I noticed was that the bathroom could use a little updating, but it didn't ruin my stay at all.

The vibrant green environment created a lovely backdrop, making it a pleasure to relax outdoors. The bird songs were a beautiful touch, although they might disrupt light sleepers without earplugs. The room itself was well-maintained and featured a stunning mountain view, which added a serene touch to my mornings. However, the pool was unfortunately too cold for swimming, and dining options were limited, which could be a drawback for some guests.
